I am so excited to relaunch my podcast, Canning with The Diva!™, greatly expanding upon my time as a co-host on The Survival Mom Radio Network. Whether you are well versed in food preservation or new to the concept, my podcast series will remove the fear and give every listener the confidence to water bath, pressure can, dehydrate and so much more. The goal is to ensure you have a well-rounded food supply year-after-year.
In this introduction episode, I give you a bit of insight into my life growing up, share a bit about my profession and experiences in disaster management and why I started The Canning Diva®. I will also share what every listener can expect from me and my weekly podcasts so you too may master the art and craft of home canning and food preservation.
